The contact form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, the type of project and a short description. You can also attach up to six photographs of the space, which is optional. The guided assistant asks for the same basics in a shorter conversation. We do not ask for an email address. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, identity documents or any financial information — if a page ever appears to, it is not ours.

We use that information to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work. We do not sell it.

Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email through a third-party email delivery provider. Any photographs you attach travel with it as attachments and are not published anywhere on this site. Along with what you type, we record the page you were on, where you arrived from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time of submission — so we know which advert or page brought you here. We do not publish the mailbox that receives these enquiries.

Some cookies are necessary for the site to work — remembering the language you picked, submitting the form, and storing your cookie decision. These are always on and cannot be switched off.

Beyond that, we ask first. With your permission we use analytics to understand how the site is used, and advertising measurement to understand whether an advert led to an enquiry. This is Google Analytics 4, and may later include Google Ads and Meta advertising measurement. Until you give permission, those are switched off — not merely hidden.
